These launch-stage terms summarise how RelayLane handles bookings, waitlists, private training enquiries, and Partner portal access. Formal approval still sits outside engineering.
Public course dates, prices, and seat availability are shown in good faith but can change before booking is completed.
Submitting a waitlist, contact, or private training form does not create a contract or confirm a booking.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, approved invoice processing, or an explicit manual operations step.
Partner portal access is tied to active enrollment, a valid invitation, or an authorized organization membership.
