RelayLane handles refunds and cancellations as an operations-reviewed process rather than a self-service flow. Exact legal approval still needs to happen before launch.
Waitlist submissions, contact forms, and private training enquiries do not take payment, so no refund policy applies until a booking exists.
Public course refund and cancellation requests are reviewed manually by operations.
If RelayLane cancels a run, operations should contact affected buyers promptly and arrange the next agreed step, such as transfer, credit, or refund.
