Privacy policy
RelayLane collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, operate the Partner portal, and improve scheduling decisions. Operational and legal review still applies before launch.
Waitlist, contact, and private training submissions are stored so operations can respond, assess demand, and decide what to schedule next.
Waitlist-only submissions do not create a Partner portal account. Portal access starts only when a booking, seat assignment, or invite exists.
Marketing consent is stored separately from the minimum information needed to manage a booking, invitation, or enquiry.
Payment data is handled through Stripe. RelayLane stores order and reconciliation records, not raw card numbers.
